at a reasonable cost and without compromising existing green space.
Respond to the diverse needs of TMR families and seniors with modern facilities for swimming, soccer, tennis, hockey, and other fitness activities.
OPPOSE RESIDENTIAL HOUSING IN ROYALMOUNT
and reevaluate all current PPUs.
Revise the Garden City Urban Plan recognizing the needs of the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
RETAIN REVENUE FOR OUR MUNICIPALITY and defend a low tax rate.
Reinvest in our infrastructure, services and community activities.
MODERNIZE THE MUNICIPAL WEBSITE to make more dynamic and user-friendly
Improve the application process for permits and recreational programs.
Create intelligent tools; including a mobile app to connect residents, especially seniors, to health and wellness resources.
ADDRESS SAFETY AND SECURITY CONCERNS, including residential security and road traffic.
Reduce delays in high-volume areas, especially around schools, REM stations and major thoroughfares.
Increase the visibility of Public Security to prevent theft and trespassing
